With design principles based on the XL BYGG logo, I created a building block design where the content lives in. It's a design that packages the UI and text elements, making it easy for the user to understand whats clickable and whats not. And thereby extending the brand experience out into details.
In the design process I extended the brand with new colors there are based in the norwegian nature, and with icons that suits the brand and the square'ish building block design. That helped the visual accessibility, which plays a large role to digital design to the norwegian design guidelines regarding accessibility to icon sizes, font sizes, colours, contrast, etc.
